They sell the data of the candidates with consultancies and then they always prefer to recruit the candidates through consultancies because there is always a percentage between the HRs and Consultant even if you prefer to attend the interview directly they will never respond to you. There is always a lot of recruit going on for Tech Mahindra, Bahadurpally location. Even if you clear all the rounds of interview they will just play with you by telling you to attend the interview next day at different location. There is no coordination between the HRs of all the tech mahindra locations in Hyderabad. I even saw some of the HRs are unable to speak to candidates god knows they got selected in versant and voice and accent rounds they even prefer to speak in regional languages. I have observed the situation closely through my eyes for three days. I also spoke with several operation managers. They just want the candidates to lick their feet. The candidates who directly speak in front of them will be rejected. HRs will train you to tell lies or to change your resume for operational rounds. I have attended almost 20 MNC company interviews till now and it was a pathetic experience for me and on that day I sworn that I will never ever attend the interview at Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad locations. They will never provide you the interview feedback as well
