Initially after applying for the post through a referral, a mail was sent by the company for the written/aptitude test held at the company premises.
Hundreds of applicants were present to give the written test. Out of these, applicants were selected based on the score obtained from the written test consisting of general aptitude & english questions (verbal, non-verbal).
Applicants clearing the written test were then selected for the Technical and then an HR round which was a 1-1 interview.
Those who cleared the 2nd & 3rd round were finally given the joining letter at the moment itself.
