Tech Mahindra Test Lead interview questions

Bad experience, interviewer was in too much hurry and confused....he was not sure what to ask..he used to jump on different different topics when I was giving answer.................There were 3 round scheduled, 1st round was very easy, 2nd round was average...but I didn't like the overall process ..

First round was telephonic followed by face to face. Face to face interview did last for around an hour. Telephonic was mostly managerial which most of the people should be able clear.
