Round 1(Written Test): The first round in the Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process is a written test to evaluate a candidate's Aptitude and Technical skills. It consists of the following three sections:
Aptitude
Essay Writing in English
Technical Test
The first round of the Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process is an elimination round and only a certain fixed number (as decided by the company) of candidates proceed to round two.
Round 2(Psychometric Test): (optional)
In the Tech Mahindra interview process, a Psychometric Test is taken for the candidates who clear Round one. This round is a personality psychometric that is used to assess work behaviour. This round is a non-elimination round in which there is a written test (now online) with around eighty questions for the candidates to solve in about 20/30 minutes.
Round 3(Technical Written Test)
In the Tech Mahindra selection process, Round 3 is again a written test intended to assess a candidate's technical abilities and aptitude. This round consists of the following sections, which must be completed in under two hours:
Analytical and Numerical Ability
Software Testing Methodologies
Data Structures and Algorithms
Pseudo Code
Linux
Software Testing Concepts
Database Query Languages like SQL (Structured Query Language)
Fluid Intelligence
Hands-on Programming
This round is also eliminative in nature.
Note: Above all rounds may or may not be held for experienced candidates based on company requirements and job positions.
