FedEx interview questions

Well, I got to the interview, and probably based on my resume, they didn't like me and asked me twice if I was sure what I was applying for. After that, he told me that he is looking for more couriers, so they never called me back

The interview process consisted of two consecutive interviews. Most of the questions were based on the STAR method, and I was asked to describe my previous experiences and explain how they were related to the position. The interview was not particularly difficult, but some of the questions were quite broad and vague, so it was sometimes difficult to understand exactly what kind of answer the interviewer was looking for.
