Teradata interview questions

The interview process was not good. Only the manager called me and asked a combination of technical and background questions and made a decision. Actually, two years back I applied for the same position and that time I think there was a different manager and he conducted a proper interview and I was able to reach the last round but was not selected. Now after two years I applied forsame position and was let go after first round, this is ridiculous. I have more experience now then what I had 2 years ago and also for last two year I have been working in a similar company. I think new management don't have experience on hiring proper staff, anyways I see they pay low salary as compared to other companies in southern california.

The interview process consists of 3 rounds. All the rounds are mostly related to Data structures questions and some of are related to memory management and array. All the rounds mostly will be completed in one day
