I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teradata (Pune) in Jan 2017
Interview
It was a mega-drive held on a weekend. The process started with 1 technical round in which they tested SQL writing skills, Teradata architecture etc., then 1 managerial round which was more about what kind of work we are supposed to do at Teradata, if selected and how was our previous work experience, and then 1 HR round for final salary discussions.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teradata (Hyderabad) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was funny. First round was manager interview. The questions and content discussed in the interview was nowhere close to the Job Description mentioned. I went for C++. They were looking for Python, SQL etc. Still I Managed to clear somehow thanks to my communication skills. Next up was HR Round. Yes you heard me right. HR interview. This round was tough. Somehow I could clear it as well. Then came the technical round for C++ discussion and guess what. I was not even asked a single C++ concept or project discussion. I was asked puzzles related to Algorithms and Datastructures. I forgot to mention here that I had previously asked the HR that whether the interview would be based on DS/Algo, he said 'NO'. Only c++, OOAD, OOPLS questions would be asked with design patterns knowledge. But guess what i was cheated again.
Its funny they have the same opening again. What do u guys suggest. Should I apply?

In Manager round, he asked in detail about all the projects i had done. Told me that they were looking for a guy who knows fluently about Database(which JD did not convey). Then told what they were doing there.
In Hr round, the HR was interested in knowing the reason behind my previous job changes
In Technical round, I was asked puzzles related to Algorithms and Datastructures which was missing from the JD.
