Tesla HR Business Partner interview questions

Got into contact (NL, Amsterdam) for the role after applying directly online. Had one telephone interview with the recruiter which went fine for perhaps 45 minutes. Had a little discussions about the package through email with the recruiter/HR. Heard nothing after my last proposal. Not to my surprise Tesla emailed me 2 1/2 month later with a standard rejection. Too bad, could have gone much better!

Two phone screens, one with a current HR Business Partner and another with a recruiter. An on-site interview with 4 members of the HR team and then a quick tour of the factory. All interviews were conversational with a few behavioral questions.
