I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesla in Dec 2025
Interview
I had an interview in english, it went really well, the interviewer said that my experience and profile align very well with what they are looking for.
3 days later I got an automated message of rejection.
No feedback, or explanation, I sent an email to request a feedback, the recruited ghosted me and never replied.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about your experience.
Q: What did you understand from the job description and why do you think you're a good fit.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Amsterdam) in May 2023
Interview
Had a first round interview with Tesla, was very welcoming and good experience. Questions are generally only about your past experience and how you look forward to the job itself. It was mentioned that there will be 4 rounds in total with a business case in between.

Question 1
What are your daily tasks in your previous job? How can you contribute to the upcoming *projects name *at Tesla?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Amsterdam) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was really disorganized. Three minutes before the first round was scheduled to begin, the recruiter abruptly canceled the interview and never provided a new time. I've chosen a new time myself using an online calendar after sending a few emails. The initial interview went extremely smoothly, and I loved talking to the recruiter. The second round, a pleasant interview with a hiring manager, had some typical questions (what can I bring to the company, what can I learn from Tesla, why me, and other). The following sentence from a Hiring Manager: "As we have time before the end of the month, we wish to plan another round with your potential Team members," confused me. I find it a little discriminatory because some people get this round while others don't, which is why I don't get it. The fact that I was still interested in the position and enjoyed chatting with a hiring manager, though, shows that I certainly embraced this stage. The final interview round was absolutely terrible because it was significantly more formal than the interview with the hiring manager and the team members (two) were not at all prepared for it. They were asking me really strange and contentious questions and warned me that "people tend to idealize Tesla, whereas it has a mess like any other workplace”. In the end, Tesla didn't provide me any feedback; instead, they merely sent me a generic email informing me that they had chosen another candidate for the position, BUT, the email contained the information related to a completely different role I have applied for almost a year before…
