Got a call from recruiter, since I applied online for the job. Job location: Fremont, CA. He sent me a questionnaire beforehand with questions like - Why do you want to work for us? Describe your latest project? How do you manage your commitments? What's your minimum compensation requirement? Said they'll get back to me in a week and see if a Manager on one of the teams is interested. Interview lasted about 30 min and was mostly them telling me about the teams, the kind of work they do and how Tesla works in general.
