2 interviews, screened with recruiter, interviewed with multiple members from team, one at the senior level and the other a staff level. not the most difficult interview, just need to understand what the position is looking for prior to interviewing

First, start with introducing yourself and why you think you are a good candidate for this job. Then just more like a conversation than a Q&A asking about past work experience and school projects. and asked a question how do you deal with tough questions in work?
