Recruiter reached out via email almost 2 months after I submitted application and scheduled meeting with a potential mentor. She followed up the same day and set up another interview with the hiring manager the next week. Got the offer letter the next week. Time between the first email and signing the offer letter was exactly two weeks.

Applied through referral. Contacted by a recruiter almost immediately. After the phone screen with the recruiter, was set up an interview with a hiring manager. The interview was extremely technical and centered on the required skillsets for the position you are applying to. Passed the interview and was extended an offer.
