Screening interview via video call on WhatsApp. If shortlisted, you will need attend a physical interview. Another interview will be conducted if you are shortlisted again from the physical interview. After the screening interview and if shortlisted, you will be given like a guide book of sort which contains info of the company. Physical interviewers seemed uninterested, almost to no basic interview etiquette. Responses to questions asked are replied with almost intimidated response. Mentioned in interview if successful/ unsuccessful they will keep in touch within 2 weeks. Ghosted for my experience.

This is the first round video interview. First, the interviewer late to the interview for 5 minutes. Then came in with a very fast self introduction which showing not respectful to the candidate as it seems like the HR is rushing to the next event. Every single question HR ask is so fast and so rushing. And when I want to answer she keep trying to interrupt with face of impatient and comment if the answer is not what she expect. I totally do not feel respect. Good luck next candidate.
