I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla in Nov 2012
Interview
I interviewed for this company over the phone for a Firmware Engineering position and they treated me like garbage from day 1. I took a written firmware programming test and did well...Then they had sync up online with a hiring manager to watch me type and program something in 5 minutes, giving you knowno time to think, breathing down your neck...It makes me wonder what they would do if I worked there...Then I got a call from a Firmware Test Engineer Manager saying they were interested..Called me up, rambled some stuff about his needs for few minutes..Then he told me he would have someone in his group call me. to ask me more questions..They never did.
