Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up a brief behavioral phone interview (about 20 minutes). Asked about basic knowledge of supply chain concepts and how they would relate to Tesla's operations.

If you were CEO at Tesla what 3 things would you have at the top of your mind when thinking of the future of the company?
First round directly with the hiring manager, it goes on for almost an hour and then with some other managers. They go deep into your resume and ask questions based on that.
