Applied online, received an email 6 months later to set up interview. Replied with a date and time. First interview was with HR, was prescreened given a few details and was set up with an appointment to meet on site manager. Met with on site manager in person, then was set an appointment with Regional Manager. Three interviews got me an offer. Background check followed quickly after. All interviews were back to back. Total process took about 3-4weeks.
