Two phase interview:
1 - HR call : a general stuttered interview where they fill in the candidate in the position . HR was aware of the Supply Chain and Operations process (big plus)
2 - interview with Sr. Indirect Purchaser for EMEA : it included a brief presentation to fill in the candidate on the PO report and input process. It included a visit to the new facilities, with some technical questions regarding operations. The employee was very supportive and helpful during the entire process.
Overall very technical and yet accessible interview, a mature and concrete business interview.
Only declined due to personnel circumstances.
