Der Prozess umfasste 3 Schritte. Der erste mit dem TA Manager Austria/De/Pl, der zweite mit einem Manager in Emea und der letzte mit dem TA-Direktor. Die beste Erfahrung in Candidate journey , die ich je gemacht habe. Die Kommunikation war präzise und schnell, der TA Manager auch für Ö zuständig ist sehr professionell und kompetent!!!
There are good interview experiences. There are bad ones. There are really bad ones that pretend to be good, and that's where Tesla belongs. Think twice before joining the recruiting team at Tesla in Europe. Actually, don't take it if you want to save your sanity. I haven't written a single interview review in the last 40 years, but I'd like to share this so that you're not fooled. Don't waste your time.
