Tesla interview questions

Went through the typical recruiter, hiring manager, loop interview porcess. Got the verbal offer and waited for 5 months. Each time they told me that the position needs to go through the headcount reapporoval at the VP level. Shared the benefits package etc the business day after. I finally didnot get the promised written offer. The interview went smoothly. The case studies were presented and then was asked about the possible characterization tools needed to identify the failure and the failure mode.

Its the 2nd HR round - asked questions on past projects and work experience related to AI and model deployment and my interest in SWE development. Explained about the role and expectations.
