Tesla interview questions

Laid back and fairly easy to manage. They just asked about difficult troubleshooting scenarios i encountered in the past and how i fixed them. Spoke with 2 engineers and a maintenance lead.

Process was very swift. There were two phone interviews (one with a peer-level person and one with the hiring manager) and an in-person interview. The interviews were more in the vein of "getting to know me" and less tactical and technical as there seemed to be a lot of trust in my years of experience and what I demonstrated on paper.
