Asked me about my interest in the company, and what I knew about their vehicles, focused a lot on asking me about my projects and technical skills on my resume.

Interview
You will speak with several representatives starting with the recruiting team (by phone).
Each person you speak with is a check point that will lead to the next person if approved.
Eventually you will be screened by other Tesla Service Managers either by phone or in person depending on your location.
If you are deemed highly compatible, they might fly you out to meet with a regional service manager.
Be prepared for potentially long wait times between interviews.
Be yourself and ask questions.
Tesla is known to have one of the best if not the best service.
Know your stuff well, answer questions naturally.

Explain a difficult situation and how you handled it.
I was contacted by an university recruiter. I was given a week's time to schedule the first HR interview. I heard back from in two days. The next week I had an Technical Interview with the manager. Still waiting on their reply. The interview was fairly easy.
