30 min phone screen > ME test > Design challenge > Panel interiew. process is team specific. panel interview is 5-6 ppl, 45 min each + presentation on design challenge.

First Phone Screening followed by Technical Screening where I had answer various questions such as why do you want to work for Tesla, what inspires you about tesla, questions about past projects, questions about difficult and challenging problems solved in your career and then call with hiring manager.
