first round with manager to go over a project you did before, second round with team member and last round is a panel interview. make sure you know the details about your project and review all the engineering fundamentals

interview which was conducted over the phone. Did not want to go over resume instead jumped right into technical questions. Asked about 6 questions that directly went with mechanical engineering then switched over to experience with CAD programs such as CATIA
