Onsite/Video Interviews: Multiple rounds with engineers and managers, plus technical case studies.

Describe a time you solved an issue in manufacturing. How did you approach it?
How do you conduct a Root Cause Analysis and ensure corrective actions are effective?
Explain your experience with statistical process control (SPC) or gauge R&R studies.
A smooth communication and an info sharing. No big time frames in between. Some technical questions but not challenging. Around 4 rounds I had and got the role which I accepted at first but then had to cancel due to personal reasons
