30 minutes phone interview, the interviewer is nice, question not hard, very basic questions, must be very confident with your resume, it's very good experience. Having industry experience is great.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Everyone was very friendly. It started with a 30 min phone call with my soon-to-be manager and a couple of days later I went in for the in-person interview. That was 2 15-minute rounds with 2 people in each round. The first round was mainly to talk about my experience with my potential manager and coworker, and the second round involved my future senior manager and another coworker to assess if I would be a cultural fit. It was an interview, but it felt like a conversation most of the time, so I was very comfortable and confident since I didn't constantly feel the pressure of needing to be perfect.
