The RMA is not an easy interview, it takes time to practice interview questions as well as study business acumen. Two store managers ask three questions on process, customer service and diversity. Then I took a business acumen test.

Drove to store to meet with the Store Manager. Interview took place in the manager's office in a private setting. Good conversation and plenty of time to express my opinions/answers to his questions. I remember being under the weather that day and the manager gave me plenty of time to clear my throat, get a drink and prepare my answer. We ended up walking the store after the interview.
