The Home Depot Assistant Store Manager interview questions

There was an onsite computer test that took about 45 minutes then a multiple store manager interview for 30 minutes followed by a two person corporate interview for an hour.

Interview strictly structured. Need to answer in Situation, Action, Result format. Tell stories of past accomplishments. Typically internal only interview for this position. Answer questions as an ASM would, not as a supervisor. Think storewide, or districtwide when coming up with examples.
