Basically ask you to tell them about a time when...... And its all relating to customer service. They will ask you when to explain a situation where you had a very difficult customer.

Applied on Career Builder and was called in for a interview. I called to check on the position twice and about a week after the second call was initiated, i was contacted by the manager to see if I could start work that same day. I advised that i had already made plans but would report to work the next day.
