Quick, to the point. The manager at the time made it very clear what he needed for the team. He was willing to do what he needed to achieve it. Offered me the job right away. Only thing that was difficult was finding the office to do the interview. Had to reach a MOD to talk to the store manager that I was having the interview with,

Really laid back interview. Just be kind, respectful and honest. If you are asked to report to the service desk and someone walks you to the back for your interview be sure to engage in conversation to make a good first impression. For bonus points look up Home Depot's values, you will have a better understanding of what they are looking for.
