I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Dahlonega, GA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I sat down with the GM Fred, and she asked a few questions. He wanted to know about my previous experience both in sales and customer service. We talked a lot about the military and my relatable experiences therein (he was very pro-military), and I got the job.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
Manager asked why I want to work at Home Depot. I said because I like physical labor. He started me at $8.50 an hour. Store manager made fun of MET team saying that they can't recognize talent. At the end of the interview I was already bullied into having to work two giant mixed pallets in less than an hour as the requirement. They will hire anyone willing to take the position because of high turnover rate due to constant abuse and favoritism by supervisors. Most supervisors are young kids who don't make much more than starting wage.
