It was a pretty average interview process where I was asked some personality questions. I was also asked how I handled difficult work situations in the past. The person I interviewed with was very nice. It took a couple weeks before I heard back from them with an offer.

Interview
Applied online, received email and called the phone number. The phone interview was automated and consisted of yes/no questions. I then spoke to a person over the phone who asked me standardized questions and set up me up for an interview at the store. The store interview consisted of ten standardized questions.
It's an online application with a personality test, but it took a looonnnng time for them to even reach out to me. Mine specifically took over a month for someone to even reach out to me.

The interview process for the Home Depot location in Key West Florida was very laidback and easy, I ended up receiving an offer on the day of interview which was definitely a big plus.
