I started out in sales on the floor. I got cross trained as a backup cashier for when the store is busy. With that experience I was able to try interviewing toward an operations position ie: Special Services Associate. This is a more technically computer orientated position. Using customer service skills and computer knowledge I was able to be the successful candidate when the position came open. I did interview a few times before I was chosen.
