The whole interview was very relax and quick. I told a little background about the history of the store and was only asked 3 questions. The whole interview lasted 10 minutes

Tell me about a time where a customer became very irate with you?
I applied online via their website. I scheduled an interview with HR onsite then after a brief interview was told I got the job. Orientation was low stress but lots of video trainings.

Application was easy and I heard back within a few weeks. The interview was an easy conversation face to face with the hiring manager and then a conversation with the head of the department that you're interviewing for.
