Interview
I applied online and got a phone call maybe 2~3 weeks later. The interview itself was a great one: structured and professional. The only bad thing about it was that the recruiter never gave me an answer of interview outcome and it has been two months since I interviewed. I mean I probably didn't get the job, but it'd be nice if the recruiter gave me a closure rather than ignoring all my emails.

What kind of metrics do you use to measure your success?
The interview process is all short and simple. They ask that you use the STAR method and give very detailed answers to get insight into your background. There's a set of 2 interviews with 2 interviewers in them each and they run for about a hour.

Two, hour long interviews. Each with two managers. They will use a standard interview guide. It prompts interviewers to ask “tell me about a time when...” questions. Bring good stories.
