i applied online and within a week, i received a call for an initial phone screen, after the phone screen, i was called in for an in-house interview at the jacksonville store, and that went quite well; the interview was extremely easy and calm. the person conducting the interview was very relaxed and in turn, so was i.

how would you handle a customer that is disatisfied and is being difficult
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
