The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Sep 2013
Interview
Every time I fill out an app, I get this weird automatic call followed by a few questions from a real person. On maybe the third time I got called in for an interview at the store via automatic call. She asked pretty much the same questions as the person on the phon and was very pleasant. It lasted maybe five minutes and then asked if I had any questions for her. I asked them smiled and really thought I showcased why I would be a good fit, but I was never called back.

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview
