Training was a week long and real boring.

Very easy. Not many questions are asked at all. They go over schedule and availability and that’s it really. I have worked there twice. Really only went through one true interview process.

The interview process was straightforward. A store manager or a human resources manager will ask you questions about your work experience and share information about qualifications that are needed for an open role.

Interview
After applying online, they will send you a confirmation for the interview date and time. Bring your resume with you. Asking an associate at the front counter. They will lead you to the manager's room, or the Assistant manager's room for the interview. After the interview and if you get the offer. They will lead you to the HR room to fill out an e-form for background checks and ask how would you like to get paid. Wait for the result to come back, then you can start training.
