Interview was very straightforward; there were no major curveballs thrown in the behavior interview. The case study gave a lot of time to work on coming up with a solution and not too many difficult follow up questions were asked.

Why do you think you are a good fit for The Home Depot?
After a phone screening a case study follows. Upon completion the case study is presented to a panel of seniors/hiring managers in the program. If successful, a second panel follows with the same structure but different hiring managers. Both my interviews seemed to go great and I received an invitation to meet with the managers, which followed a negative decision on their side.
Telephone interview, then a case study (analyze raw data and create a presentation then you have to present for a minimum of 10 minutes), then 1 hr interview (case study presentation + behavioral questions)
