The interview was easy just asked basic questions. Was more worried about my availability and if I could handle upset customers. Waited like 20 minutes just for the lady to arrive.

How would you handle a customer who comes up to you upset ?
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
