Very simple. Asked questions about relevant experience. Was also asked about how you would respond to a dissatisfied customer. The interviewer was very kind and the decision is made right away.

Very straightforward and easy process. Everyone was cool, had a fun time. Honestly just prepare for standard customer service questions and it should be a breeze. Be prepared for scenario and situational based questions also
