Very simple, interview with managing director, then another round with store manager and HR. Second interview is more about scheduling, drug test, and training. It was very straight forward and members on my panel wanted me to succeed

I removed myself from the interview process and focused on other opportunities when I was informed on the details of this job and the interview process which consisted of multiple rounds of interviews and a case study interview. All of this was simply not worth it to me with what was being offered. The pay was wayyyy below market. The job description said hybrid, but that actually meant Mon-Thurs in office and Friday at home. There were simply better opportunities I was pursuing that met/exceeded my salary requirements, and 100% remote or hybrid with a very minimum amount of days in office. Oh, and the interview process was one maybe two rounds, quick, and simple. In my experience as a recruiter and jobseeker, it's the jobs that do the most during the interview process that either have the least to offer and/or a toxic culture. HARD PASS!

Interview
The selection process consists of around five rounds: two technical rounds, two management rounds, and one HR round. Candidates must be well-prepared with strong technical knowledge and skills. While the salary might be below industry averages, the role offers valuable experience with multiple new technologies, providing a great learning opportunity.
