Starts off with a phone screen with a recruiter. That is followed by an onsite interview, although this could be a phone call, with the senior leadership at the building with the open position. If you do well there, you will typically have an interview with a regional HR manager.

All of the questions were pretty straight forward and typical. All situational based scenario type questions.

Next is coding round with screen share
You may be invited for in-person. Not very hectic though
Last round with senior management - this is BS.
