I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot
Interview
Online obvious questions. In-person interviews simply make sure you're honest and (in my experience) we extremely short. No questions were asked about who I am as a person.

Question 1
Just admit you don't what something is or know how to do something. There is plenty of training later, but there can be trap questions to see if you'll like about a fictional tool/process.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at The Home Depot (College Place, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Four days after the application process I received an email stating that someone would like to speak with me about my application. An hour after the email I received a call from an automated message concerning the application with simple prescreening questions concerning my continuing interest in the position. Afterwards it automatically directed me to a real life representative who also asked me a few questions to ensure I was still interested and prepared for the job they were looking to hiring me for. She asked me three questions, which I passed, and set up a time for an in person interview with one of the four hiring staff a couple days later. Immediately after I hung up I received another email concluding the interview and reminding me of the details of my in person interview, including how I should dress. I have yet to be interviewed in person.
