Interviewed at Penn State supply chain career fair and the process took two weeks. The interview was mostly behavioral focused but with consideration to the management position, several questions were aimed at leadership and what you would do with employees not performing at 100%

individual interview. first over the phone process then the one on one interview with hr then one on one inerview with store manger ( this is when you will have the job)
