Extremely easy. Explain customer service jobs only and express how well you work in a team. Have open availability and describe your phone etiquette. Talk clearly and show your personality.
The interview process was great. I was asked different questions that would help the interviewer determine whether I would be an ideal candidate for a job. The interview was a great learning experience.
In general interview process was very smooth with great communication. There was a technical round interview as well as a SIG interview which was essentially behavioral and past experience-based. Positive experience all around.
