I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Bossier City, LA) in Apr 2009
Interview
Got a call to come in for an interview a few days after applying online. Pretty standard easy interview. The dress and conversation was very casual and comfortable. They look for friendliness and confidence. They asked where I wanted to be in 5 years and how long I planned to work for the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Interview process was fast and relatively easy, but almost too much so. They didn't understand what they really needed, and weren't clear on what the role would involve. They were overly anxious to get someone with a particular skill set, but that skill set was really only a small part of what the job required.
