The Home Depot interview questions

I was working in another department. My expectations of what was involved with my current department were different from the actual job duties. I asked to transfer to another department and when a position opened up, they interviewed me for the position. I had previously worked in that position years before and was very knowledgeable about the products, services, and installation techniques involved in installing products sold from that department. I believe because of my prior experience and knowledge about the department that they were happy to let me transfer instead of hiring someone else for that position.

It was pretty much two managers interviewing you asking you how you would react in different situations. How would you assist a customer? How much home improvement experience you have? Customer service skills.
