Zoom was the preferred method. Other than that, it went rather quickly from interview to the offer letter. The questions were the usual “tell me about a time you did not get along with a leader”, “how did you move past it” etc.

After the assessment, there was a simple and thorough interview. We set up a time for a call. Then there was only one interview before the job offer. They simply discussed the job.
