I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2022
Interview
Got hired on the spot after discussing availability and any reasonable work limitations. Discussed what departments o would possibly go in and if I would like to work on equipment certifications, but had the job regardless.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023
Interview
I went in for a panel interview, with plenty of relevant experience. Of the three persons I was told would be interviewing me, none of the three were present. The three people who WERE present had less experience in the role than I did. There were a lot of bog-standard PM questions, several on agile ideology (they use a modified version of XP, so not the most common) and finally… a role play, which I’ve heard they have discontinued.

Usually two sets of interviews with two interviewers on each call.
Some chitchat at beginning, but then dive into the STAR questions.
Each interview is about an hour long each.
