The Home Depot Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Basic questions and process telling about background and skills and experience. One short session, very straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary. I’m not sure what else to say - got a call, responsed, had a brief interview with a recruiter, got an offer.

Straightforward, HR was nice and asked typical customer service questions. I was able to answer them based on personal experience with prior customer service experience. The personnel are nice and made the interview process smooth all throughout.
